Fix a Verity API Connection Failure

Use the exact response class: 401 means rejected or missing credentials, 403 means denied, 404 points to endpoint/route/model, 429 means quota or rate limit, and timeout or unknown-host points to network/provider availability. Never paste your API key into this site, chat, screenshots or public logs.

Do this in order

1. Step 1. Record only the status code or redacted visible error.
2. Step 2. Check the corresponding provider dashboard, endpoint and local project config.
3. Step 3. Revoke and replace a key only if it was exposed; otherwise change one relevant setting at a time.

When this fix does not apply

If the game crashes before the menu or Verity is not present, the request is never reaching the provider. Diagnose Loader, dependencies, pack activation or spawning first.

Safe evidence to collect

Share the status code, rule category, time and redacted message. Do not share request headers, query tokens, complete configuration files, user paths or server addresses.
