Verity Mod for Minecraft Java Edition

The verified Java path is Verity JE 5.7.3 for Minecraft 1.20.1 with Forge 47.4.10. The 1.21.1 NeoForge branch is marked legacy/deprecated in this snapshot. A Java .jar needs the exact loader and game version; it will not load in Vanilla, Fabric or Bedrock.

Do this in order

1. Step 1. Install and launch the Forge 47.4.10 profile once.
2. Step 2. Use the verified verity-5.7.3.jar from the download package.
3. Step 3. Place one copy in the active profile's mods folder, launch, and verify it appears in Mods.

Loader and dependency boundaries

Forge, NeoForge and Fabric are not interchangeable. The current official file record lists no additional files, so this guide does not assume extra libraries. If a build reports a dependency error, follow the exact library and version named in that log. A mod that appears in the Mods list has already passed the basic Loader discovery layer.

Text and voice fail at different layers

If Verity appears and accepts a prompt but no model response returns, investigate local AI/provider configuration. If text works but voice does not, do not reinstall Forge: check STT/TTS settings and operating-system microphone permission.
